The Bellwether is a contemporary American restaurant in Lafayette Square, just minutes from downtown St. Louis. The restaurant serves dinner Tuesday through Saturday, weekend brunch, and is the sister restaurant to Polite Society, created by Brian Schmitz, Jonathan Schoen, and beverage director Travis Hebrank.
