Community Guidelines

STLTalks is built for local conversation, discovery, business activity, Circles, photos, messages, and dating. These rules apply across the website and Android app.

Be Real and Respectful

• Do not impersonate people, businesses, venues, organizations, or moderators.
• Do not harass, threaten, stalk, bully, dox, or coordinate abuse.
• Do not target people based on protected traits, identity, disability, religion, race, ethnicity, nationality, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or age.

Keep Content Lawful and Safe

• No sexual content involving minors, exploitation, trafficking, or non-consensual intimate content.
• No credible threats, instructions for harm, illegal weapons sales, or coordination of illegal activity.
• No malware, phishing, scams, spam, fake giveaways, or deceptive commercial activity.
• No copyrighted, private, or confidential material you do not have the right to share.

Business and Review Rules

• Business claims must be truthful and made by authorized owners or representatives.
• Reviews should reflect real experiences and should not be paid, fake, retaliatory, or conflict-of-interest spam.
• Business posts and photos must be accurate and not misleading.

Dating Rules

• Dating is for adults 18 and older.
• No coercion, harassment, sexual pressure, fake identity, romance scams, or unsafe meet-up behavior.
• Report suspicious or abusive dating activity and block users when needed.

How to Report Problems

Use Report buttons on posts, comments, reviews, and dating activity when available. In dating conversations, use block, report, or unmatch for unwanted contact. For account help, privacy requests, business claims, legal notices, or safety concerns that do not fit an in-app report, use the Contact & Safety page or email [email protected].

Enforcement

STLTalks may remove content, limit reach, disable features, suspend accounts, delete accounts, preserve evidence, or escalate issues when needed. Reports may be reviewed with account history, content, messages, metadata, and other relevant records.
